The apartment is located in a green and fully enclosed setting, close to the city center and shops.

As soon as you arrive, you can quickly drop off your suitcases without having to look for a parking space. You will have the choice of leaving your car either in front of our house or in our driveway.

If you come by electric car, you have the possibility to recharge your car at a charging station (7.2 kW 32 A)

This furnished T2 type apartment, renovated, attached to our main house, has its completely independent entrance and can accommodate up to 2 people and 2 children with its 40m²

Description of our furnished apartment

This furnished apartment of approximately 40 m² does not have any special facilities for people with reduced mobility. However, it is located on the ground floor of our house with two completely independent private accesses. After parking, you will only have to walk a few meters to access your private entrance. This furnished rental includes:

• a large living room facing south/east composed of a kitchen area and a living room area with convertible sofa bed, flat-screen Smart TV, DVD player, fan floor lamp, coffee table and a mechanical ventilation system ( installed in 2024 )
